General Motors will be returning to campus to host a pizza night on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 6pm. They will be meeting with teams to get updates on projects and meet members.

Server Outage Info

From Tuesday afternoon around 5pm to Thursday morning the RoboJackets server was down due to to the excessive load that the schedule creator program was placing on OSCAR. As a result of this OIT shutdown access to the machine. After communicating with campus IT representatives access was restored and the schedule creator was removed. The creator will not be back this semester. We will work with campus IT to try have it return in some capacity for the future.
NSBE Engineering Fair

The RoboJackets will be making an appearance at the National Society of Black Engineers Fall Regional Conference by participating in their Engineering Fair. The Engineering Fair will be on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 3pm to 5pm in the Crowne Plaza Hotel-Airport. Participating members will meet at tin by 1:54pm the day of to pack and load.

FTC Scrimmage & TE Competition

On Saturday, November 14, 2009 the RoboJackest will be host a FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Scrimmage. The even is open to both any FTC team and to TE Sessions participants. The event will be held in the Atrium of the Klaus Advanced Computing Building and will be focused on preping teams for the upcoming state qualifiers by offering ample free testing time and as many simulated round as possible.
